Enjoyed a lovely view from my room, but the balcony was way too small.

missingWrote a review on Mar 11maintenance issues
During my stay, the air conditioning in the room barely kept up in the heat, making the first impression less than perfect. The view was obstructed by a cherry picker sitting outside for maintenance, and I encountered issues such as a broken blind and a dirty wine glass left from a previous guest. Some bathroom amenities were removed and not replaced, adding to the hassle.

Staying here for a quick getaway was fantastic! I loved having breakfast overlooking the lake. the pancakes with fresh fruit were a highlight of our mornings. The spacious upgraded room offered plenty of space to relax, and it really felt like a treat after a long day exploring nearby Tennyson Beach, just a short walk away. The staff went above and beyond, especially in the dining area, making our stay feel extra special.

Had a lovely time enjoying the spa bath and the beautiful view of the water from our room. The indoor swimming pool and the jacuzzi were such a treat after a long day. Just a heads up, I had to sort out a security deposit that caught me off guard, but it didn’t dampen my stay at all! 😊

The room was spacious and exceptionally clean, offering a stunning view of the lake that was truly refreshing. Breakfast in the bistro was a highlight with its delightful variety of options, including homemade bread that added a nice touch. there were a few hiccups during the stay, such as a late check-in process that could be improved, and some aspects of the amenities felt outdated, like the bathroom fittings needing an upgrade.

The room was spacious and freshly updated, with a pleasing shower that met my accessibility needs. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from check-in to dining. The location is also excellent, with a large shopping center nearby and plenty of activities within easy reach.
The wait for room service was longer than expected, which could be improved.

Family Experience Worth It
Our family had a fantastic time, the spacious room was perfect with a stunning view of the lake. We enjoyed breakfast every morning, and the staff was always willing to cook something special for us if we asked.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but it was acceptable for what we got.

A Pleasant Night with Stunning River Views
Checked in effortlessly and enjoyed a modern executive suite with a beautiful river view. Breakfast at The Knots was a delightful start to the day, though bathroom cleanliness could improve. Bring earplugs for light wall noise. a TV in the gym would enhance the experience!
